1 All refund requests should be mailed to nziad1818@gmail.com

2 Candidates will be getting a response mail in 03 working days regarding the refund amount as per the refund policy.

3. Every effort will be made to ensure that the refund procedure is hassle free and transparent for the candidates.

Refund Calculation (Short Term Courses*)

0 90% of registration/course fee will be refunded
5 classes or less 50% of registration/course fee will be refunded
More than 05 classes No Refund
*01 to 06 months courses

Refund Calculation (Long Term Courses**)

Number of Classes Refund
0 90% of registration/course fee will be refunded
15 classes or less 75% of Registration/course Fee will be refunded
30 classes or less 50% of Registration/course Fee will be refunded
45 classes or less 25% of Registration/course Fee will be refunded
60 classes or less 10% of Registration/course Fee will be refunded
More than 60 classes No Refund
** Courses with more than 06 months duration.

Clients Complaints and Grievance Process

Candidates can raise their concerns, suggestions, complaints and grievances through phone, video conference, and in person or by e-mail.

If the communication is made through phone by candidate or any person on his behalf, the call will be directed to one of our executives to resolve who will escalate it further to the Admin in charge if required. Once the same has been resolved an acknowledgement e-mail will be send to the candidate also explaining the actions being taken.

If the candidates or any person on behalf of candidate visits our office directly to raise any issues, he/she will be directed from the front office to admin in charge to provide necessary assistance and support. Once resolved an acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to the candidate with the actions being taken.

If the candidate or person on his behalf drops e-mail to the mail address "nziad1818@gmail.com", the admin in charge will take over the issue directly to provide necessary assistance and support. Once resolved an acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to the candidate with the actions being taken.

In cases where money/fees are involved the communications made with the candidates will be notified to the general manager through e-mail.

Our organization will be committed to retain the confidence and trust of our candidates by being transparent and truthful in our operation so that all concerns and complaints of our candidates will be met with immediate response and follow up actions. All the complaints will be resolved within about 3 working days.
