For the past 38+ years, I have been highly qualified in senior management skills where I served in the UAE government sector as a senior administrative auditor and the legal translator then at the American University of Sharjah (AUS), UAE as a highly qualified educational and management leadership specialist, serving hundreds of local and international students, parents, guardians, professionals, and international partners alike and in different fields of education, professional leadership management, customer service, study abroad, emotional intelligence and coaching industries.
Last 20+ years, I served at the American University of Sharjah (AUS), UAE, where I worked with GCC students as well as other middle east and international ones, helped them in their own campus life, study life, coached them for different activity skills and how to be professional and successful leaders in their future communities.
Then for 5+ academic semesters, I served as the department in-charge for the study abroad and exchange program at AUS, where I worked with both local, and international abroad partners as well as with the local and the international exchange program students who were interested to study abroad as visiting students in both directions: incoming and outgoing for a semester or two or for their internship required courses. During this period of service, I used to expand AUS partners list of agreements, made new student and faculty agreements for new partners, revised the existed ones wherever needed and made this exchange program more than successful; where I used to recruit many outgoing and incoming students who used to study at AUS and its partners every academic semester, in both sides. That was a good experience for me as well as for both parties where both party students learned different cultures of their different countries, adding new academic and social life experience by studying new courses and added new information to their study life experience about such new countries.
On the other hand, I served with AUS professionals and senior staff where I trained most of them and made them ready facing new life challenges and helped their communities for a better life.
Based on that, made me encouraged to start my new personal business to invest my rich professional experience and help others to be successful leaders and serve their communities in a better way. Here at Al-Zagel (ZMCES), all types of individuals despite their ages, career, positions, nationalities, races, religions, gender, and cultures can register with us in their interested courses to make them hold their professional diplomas with rich knowledge of study experience and make them happy and self-convenient, assuring that education is not made only for certificates but for knowledge too.
Although living in Dubai, UAE, yet I worked with different branded institutions across the UAE, GCCs and around the world, as those from the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France and have our academic programs and plans with them more than successful and made our both students and partners happier.

I have a BA degree in Arts and Science from Aleppo University, in Syria, a Diploma professional degree and a Master degree in translation and interpreting from AUS, UAE and several training sessions and many conferences in various topics of student life, professional management and educational services. But with zero doubt, it is my real-world long and rich experience that made a big difference between me and other educational and professional management specialists and consultants and gave me the ability to:
